IEEE Xplore
IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) on the IEEE Xplore platform, created by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), and IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) offers full texts of journal articles ((including about 230 currently published IEEE and IET journals), conference proceedings, standards in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electronics and related sciences. The service also provides access to forthcoming articles (before they are published in print).
On 1 January, 2021, IET journals moving to an open access model were excluded from the IEL database, with archives from 2013. These journals are now available on the Wiley Online server. IET conference proceedings and E&T magazine remained in the IEL database.
