• Circulation Desk

Circulation Desk takes care of user registration, checking out and in requested and reserved books, renewals of lent collections and fee calculations. Possibility of borrowing collections is conditioned by having a valid student’s card or library card.

• Open Stacks Area

The library provides open access to collection of handbooks and course books as well as work space located in the Open Stacks Area.
The Open Stacks Area is connected to the Lending Room and is open only within working hours of the Lending Room.

• The Main Reading Room

The Main Reading Room provides access to books and journals (also those requested from Storing Department).

There are four individual work carrels at readers disposal, which are availbe during Reading Room's opening hours.

• Catalogue Information

Information on collections of the Main Library and of branch libraries are gathered in Computer Catalogue and Computer Card Catalogue.

Librarians are available here not only to assist readers in the use of the catalogs, reference materials and requesting collections available in the Main Library AGH-UST, but they also inform about branch libraries’ collections and resources of other country and abroad libraries.
