AGH University Main Library

Standards Information Point (SIP) at the AGH-UST Main Library collects, elaborates and makes standard literature accessible to academic, scientific, technical workers, economic and administrative units in the region.
Standards are a crucial aspect of the world of engineering. As an official PKN repository, the AGH-UST Main Library stocks a full collection of Polish standards, which anyone can browse on-site. However, copies of these standards may only be made by members of AGH-University of Science and Technology.
Standards collection and standard databases are accessible free of charge to all users on-site.
The collections cannot be borrowed.

• foreign and international standards (read more)

SIP provides information concerning standardization:
• general information related to e.g. collection of standards, catalogues of standards and other documents, updating and replacement of standards, prices of documents,
• deep-in information concerning e.g. subject lists of national and international standards, standards corresponding to international and European standards.
Own research in local and online data banks can be carried out at 8 PC stations; in particular, access to PERINORM Online is possible.
